These are only for Sugino 75 Cranksets, and not compatible with ANY other system.
We recommend the use of the Sugino Ceramic Lube for Superior performance, and Dura-Ace Special Grease or Motorex FETT2000 for reliability and longevity in outdoor conditions. Machine oil is an option for those who know how to maintain their bottom brackets, however it's not typically recommended.
Cup and Cone bottom brackets allow for perfect alignment and adjustment, resulting in a fast and long lasting bottom bracket.
STEEL BEARING
The Steel bearing version includes ground cups, steel balls and a precision finish. It's their entry level offering in their NJS approved range
SUPER LAP
The BB-SG75 “SUPER LAP” comes with precision ground bearings, and includes a special polishing to the races on both spindle and ball cups. These are used and trusted by many of the professional riders in the Keirin circuit.
SUPER CERAMIC
The BB-SG75 “SUPER CERAMIC”, is the top tier option, featuring ceramic ball retainer bearings and special polishing to the races on both spindle and ball cups. As a result, the synergistic effect of them delivers an extremely smooth rotation and ride feel. If you want the fastest and smoothest ride, these are your option.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
As the Sugino75 Series Cranksets use a proprietary taper called "SG75 taper", these cranks must only be used with a SG75 compatible bottom bracket.

Failure to use a Sugino SG75 Compatible bottom bracket will void your warranty. Whilst many resources online suggest that an ISO Phil Wood bottom bracket is compatible, this is incorrect and will cause damage.
