Operating Hours

We're creating a work/life balance and have decided to only operate during the following hours.
Tuesday–Friday: 10am–4pm
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: Out Riding

We will continue to provide top-tier support and service. Maintaining a balance has become an important part of our ongoing business model, that and making sure our CBO (Chief Borking Officer) Goose is able to get his daily walks on time. To be fair, he's the king around here. He makes the rules, we're just passengers.

As we have transitioned to online only, we only offer our mechanic services by strict appointment, our workshop may be mobile, but we are still ironing out some details. Our warehouse is located in Direk, South Australia and is not open to the public. If you're a Sales Rep looking to book a meeting or want to visit us, please contact us prior to attempting to show up.

The Common Questions

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. We aim to utilise Australia Post Express for all orders (where possible), with signature on delivery. For larger orders we have multiple carriers we use. If you need further info, slap the form above!

Unfortunately not, our warehouse is designed for picking, packing and preparing orders for shipping. We have opted to not have people visit us at this time. Sorry!

This is something we are actively working on, but based on our plans this is not an option right now. If in doubt, drop us a message and we will see how we can help.

Short answer is NO. We work exclusively with the authorised Australian distributors and resellers to provide you, the consumer with the support and service you deserve. Many of the prices you see overseas are not factoring things like GST, Duties, Customs and Clearance. Second to that, in the event of an issue, failure or defect, you're likely going to be entirely liable for the return costs, including dealing with customs when your product is returned. We choose to support Australian businesses domestically, and we hope you do too.
