BUILD INFORMATION
The customer was seeking a training wheelset for track use which would provide a classic look without compromising on stiffness and ride quality.
We arrived at this build utilising the Velocity Major Tom Rim, as it is one of the stiffest tubular rim profiles on the market. The customer liked the idea of a Japanese low-flange hub and with guidance, we selected the Shimano HB-7710 Low Flange hub. A 3 Cross lacing pattern was chosen for strength.
