The use of a 65mm unidirectional carbon fibre rim offers a balance between reactivity and aerodynamics. At ~27.5mm wide this rim meets the modern demands of track cycling by creating less tyre bulge, increasing your gains. At the base of this, a full ground up hub re-design has improved aerodynamics by reducing frontal surface area and containing the aero-sectioned spoke seats in the hub, avoiding the spoke-head to protruding from the hub flange. An industry leading choice developed to reduce breakages and provide free speed! The spoke nipples have been internally seated inside the rim, this use of internal nipples in the Pista range adds another layer of aerodynamic advantage and a clean aesthetic.

The innovative design means that 23 to 28-mm tubeless tyres can be used on the track, something already requested and adopted by the most important riders on the Italian national team. This solution delivers better performance, smoothness, and safety than a tubular configuration.
The tubeless option also brings with it extremely easily installation and maintenance, thanks to its innovative valve design.
