What are the options?
Unlaminated and Laminated
Laminated stickers are more weather resistant, and will typically handle water contact, splashes and have minor chemical resistance - their drawback is that they are not as flexible when applied to very uneven surfaces.
Unlaminated stickers are a little less weather resistant, however they are more flexible. These don't hold up anywhere near as well as their laminated counterparts, but will still stand the test of time provided you don't expose them to the harsh environment.
