By placing an order via our website (www.gearbrisbane.com), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.


All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).


Currently we accept Paypal. Please note that Gear Brisbane may delete, add or amend any information or product on the online store without notice.


When placing an order you agree that all the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and an Order ID: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.


Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs and/or duties in the destination country. Please check with your local authority for all details and rate. Gear can not be held responsible for any such additional charges & these are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All orders ship within 24 hours pending stock availability and payment verification.

Gear is not responsible for delays or loss of delivery once the item has been shipped but will however assist in anyway to help resolve the issue.


All International sales are final (exception faulty goods). Returns are subject to a 14 day terms. Returns are given at the discretion of Gear Shop and will be dealt with on an individual basis. Gear will issue store credit upon accepting the return, no cash or legal tender will be given either physically or electronically. No Refunds will be given (exception faulty goods).


Refunds on faulty goods that have been shipped internationally will not include a refund for any customs taxes or duties that may have been applied to the shipment. Gear holds the right to request a photographic image be emailed through to assess faults prior to a return authorisation being given. Please Note: If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
